Circus Birthday Party!
Age 4-13

Welcome to the Big Top! Create a mini circus to celebrate that special birthday.

Decorations: Drape streamers from a central point of the ceiling out towards the walls and let they hand down to create your circus tent. Hang balloons everywhere you can. Place stuffed animals in "cages". (Make sure you have a sign that reads "Do Not Feed the Animals".) See if you can get a clown who can make animals out of balloons, juggle, and just be silly. Your table decorations can be a purchased set of circus theme dishes, cups, and napkins, or have each guest design their own. Using round cake pans, bake a clown head. Decorate with a happy face, curling ribbon for hair, and place a party hat, cut to size, on his head!

Sponge Toss: This game is definitely an outdoor game! Place a large cardboard box, with a hole cut into the center, on your lawn. Soak several sponges in a bucket of water and let each guest throw a sponge, trying to get it in the hole. Award a prize for each sponge that makes it into the box.

Popcorn Hop: Get a large supply of bubble wrap and place it on the floor. Ask the guests to "Make Popcorn"! This is a fun activity for any age!
